Individualized Fitness Orientation
Free with Membership
All new members interested in using the exercise equipment will go through an individualized fitness orientation with Kris Campbell, our Health & Wellness Coordinator. The orientation is a review of the member’s medical history, current limitations on physical activity and level of fitness. A personal exercise routine will be recommended upon completion.
