Tips for Exercising with Arthritis
January 13th from 12-1 pm
Arthritis and exercise don’t need to be enemies when it comes to your overall health. Exercise is actually a best friend to someone who is living with arthritis pain. In this class we’ll discuss the variables of mode, frequency, intensity, and duration in regards to exercising with arthritis.
