Walk With Ease—8 Week Evidence Based Class
January 28th & January 30th, 12:30-1:30
Cost: Free & open to the public 50+ years of age
No matter if you need relief from arthritis pain or just want to be active, this program can teach you how to safely make physical activity part of your everyday life. Studies show that this 8 week program is proven to: reduce the pain and discomfort of arthritis, increase balance, strength and walking pace, build confidence in your ability to be physically active and improve overall health. Facilitated by Kris Campbell. Must register and join group by Jan. 30th.
