Community Collage Project
Wednesdays at 1:30 pm
Work alongside Julie McColly Hill to create a shared
vision of a world more inclusive for people of all ages
and abilities. The final product will be on display and a
part of the 1st Annual Dementia Friendly Indiana
Statewide Conference. The co-creative process
recognizes that every individual brings to any given
situation a set of experiences that are unique only to
them. Therefore, if you are a person living with
dementia or interact with people living with dementia
as a family member, neighbor, caregiver, service
provider, health care provider, educator, policy maker,
PLEASE JOIN US! Your perspective and opinions can
provide valuable input to our collaborative initiative. All
