Area 10 and Indiana Division of Aging are conducting the Community Assessment Survey for Older Adults (CASOA). This is a survey we conduct every few years to gather perspectives on community services and needs in Monroe and Owen counties. If you are an older adult and have not received a mailed survey invitation, please use the link below to access. You must first select your county of residence then scroll to the bottom of the page to find the link to a specific survey to complete. If you received a mailing, please use that survey, as it is specific to you. We value broad community representation in perspectives. The survey will be available now through November 29th.
