Confidential Reporting Hotline

Area 10 Agency on Aging is committed to doing the right thing. That is why we have an ethics and compliance program and why we have adopted compliance policies and procedures. The purpose of the Confidential Reporting Hotline is to report fraud, waste, abuse, conflict of interest or other unethical types of behavior specific to Area 10 staff and operations. This hotline is available to staff and consumers. For staff, we ensure a strong non-retaliation policy and encourage anyone to share concerns they may have about compliance without fear of retaliation. This hotline is not a substitute for routine communication within the organization, but it provides an anonymous avenue for sharing a concern. Regular supervision, operational, or non-compliance issues should be shared through regular agency outlets. Area 10 values open, honest communication with all staff and we’re dedicated to creating a work environment that ensure dignity, integrity, accountability, and mutual respect.
