STRENGTH, BALANCE & FLEXIBILITY CLASS
Thursdays from 11:15 am—12:15 pm
Based on Arthritis Foundation Principles, this chair-based exercise class is designed to develop and maintain basic strength, balance, and flexibility. Instructed by our Health & Wellness Coordinator, Kris Campbell, this class is great for all levels of fitness.
About the Instructor: Kris Campbell, Health and Wellness Coordinator, has a Masters in Exercise Physiology, brings her knowledge and 25 years of experience in corporate and university setting Wellness Programs. Previously, Kris served as Director of Wellness Programs for Saint Meinrad Archabbey where she developed a multifaceted wellness program.
