STRENGTH, BALANCE & FLEXIBILITY CLASS Thursdays 11:15-12:15pm
Based on Arthritis Foundation Principles, this chair-based exercise class is designed to develop and maintain basic strength, balance, and flexibility. Instructed by our Health & Wellness Coordinator, Kris Campbell, this class is great for all levels of fitness. About the Instructor: Kris Campbell, Health and Wellness Coordinator, has a Masters in Exercise Physiology, brings her knowledge and 25 years of experience in corporate and university setting Wellness Programs.
