This is a 6 week series of progressive watercolor instruction by Jeanne Dutton.
About the Instructor: Jeanne Ellen Dutton is a Lafayette native and alumna of Purdue University. She earned a degree in Institutional management in 1997, then joined and retired from the administrative staff at the School of Agriculture at Purdue. After retirement, she took classes and workshops with several well-known Hoosier watercolorists, including Rena Brouwer, Leah Traugott, and Vesta Seville, becoming enamored with watercolor!
Now a Bloomington resident, Jeanne is an active artist and a board member of the Bloomington Watercolor Society (BWS). She will serve as President in 2023-24. Since its opening, she has taught Beginning Watercolor I-IV, Artistic Journaling, and one-day workshops at the Ivy Tech Bloomington Center for Lifelong Learning. She also offers private lessons, and enjoys creating hand-painted greeting cards for family and friends.
