#GivingHugs is Area 10 Agency on Aging’s special twist on the annual day of donation around the world, #GivingTuesday.
Every day Area 10 gives hugs to seniors and individuals with disabilities in many ways. Our hugs take the form of home delivered meals or groceries for homebound individuals. Our hugs increase someone’s safety in their home by installing grab bars or accessible ramps. Our hugs connect people with one another and get them active through evidence based programming like Walk With Ease or our popular Balance class.
