Area 10 Agency on Aging operates several affordable apartment complexes for seniors in Monroe County. Our housing options encourage low- to moderate-income seniors 55 and better to live as independently as possible while contributing to the life of their community.

All units have wide doors, easy-open door handles, blade-type faucet handles and grab bars in showers and tubs. There are also a limited number of wheelchair accessible units in select communities, which include lower counters, low-lip showers, etc.
